How ForgeFoyer collects, uses, and shares personal information.
Effective September 22, 2026
This notice explains how ForgeFoyer (“ForgeFoyer,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit forgefoyer.com or app.forgefoyer.com, book a meeting with us, request a report, use your Living Console, or otherwise work with us.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details and messages you send us, for example by email to hello@forgefoyer.com. Our website contact form opens your own email program; we receive nothing unless you choose to send that email.
- Meeting bookings. When you schedule a meeting, our scheduling page collects your name, email address, and company website, and your phone number if you choose to provide it.
- Report requests. When you request a Complimentary Single Competitor Report or start with us, we collect your name, email address, company name, and company website.
- Account and billing information. If you create a Living Console account, we collect your email address and login details. If you subscribe, payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Meeting content. We take notes during meetings. We record or transcribe a call only with the consent of everyone on it, and we tell you at the start.
Information collected automatically
- Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
- Our marketing website at forgefoyer.com uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit, such as the pages you view, actions you take (for example, clicking to book a meeting), your IP address, browser and device information, and identifiers stored in your browser. Meta may connect this information with your Meta account and with information Meta collects elsewhere.
- Signing in to the Living Console uses cookies or similar storage that the login requires. The Meta Pixel does not run on our login pages or inside the Living Console.
- Inside the Living Console and in reports we send, we record usage such as sessions and report views, so we can deliver and improve the service.
Information from other sources
- Publicly available business information, such as company websites and public records, which we research to prepare reports and market intelligence.
- Business contact information from data providers and outreach service providers, which we use to contact businesses that may benefit from our services.
- Advertising measurement from Meta, such as reports on how our ads perform and which audiences saw them.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to you and schedule meetings; to prepare and deliver reports and services; to operate accounts and process payments; to send service messages and follow-ups related to your request or our business relationship; to contact businesses about our services; to show our ads to people who have visited our website, and to people similar to them, on Meta's platforms; to measure how our advertising performs; to secure and improve our services; and to meet legal obligations.
We use artificial intelligence services to research public information and to generate reports. Information you provide may be processed by those services on our behalf to deliver what you asked for.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information for money.
When you visit our marketing website, the Meta Pixel sends information about your visit to Meta, which uses it to deliver and measure our advertising and for its own purposes as described in Meta's Privacy Policy. Under some state privacy laws, this may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time, as explained under Your advertising choices below.
We share information with service providers who process it for us under their own terms: website hosting (Vercel), database hosting (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), email and calendar (Google Workspace), customer records and scheduling (HubSpot), account login (Auth0), payments (Stripe), appointment booking, text messages and funnel email (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), and AI processing (Anthropic). We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Your advertising choices
You can stop our website from sending your visit information to Meta in any of these ways:
- Use the control below. It turns off the Meta Pixel on this browser. If you use other browsers or devices, repeat it on each one, and repeat it if you clear your cookies or site data.
- Turn on Global Privacy Control in a browser or extension that supports it. We treat that signal as a request to opt out, and the Meta Pixel will not load.
- Email hello@forgefoyer.com with the subject “Do not sell or share.”
- Adjust how Meta uses your information in your Meta ad preferences, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the industry opt out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
You have not opted out on this browser.
Email choices
You can opt out of our business emails at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the email or by replying and asking us to stop. We honor opt-outs permanently. We may still send messages required to deliver a service you have requested.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number, for example when you book a call or tick the text-message box on our form, we use it to send you messages about that booking: confirmation, reminders, and changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent your mobile number. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages for us, and only so they can deliver them.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. When a Living Console subscription ends and is not renewed, we delete the login and remove personal identifiers from the account about four weeks later. We may keep de-identified records. Meta keeps the information it receives through the Meta Pixel under its own policies.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We honor these requests regardless of where you live. To make a request, email hello@forgefoyer.com. We will verify your request before acting on it, and we will not treat you differently for making it. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal within the time the law requires.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where we operate
ForgeFoyer is based in the United States, and we process information in the United States.
